Written quote required
Installation requires a written quote or order confirmation that states the scope, location, scheduled date or window, and charges. Installation is not included in any order unless it appears in writing.
Site access
The customer must provide safe and authorized access to the installation area on the scheduled date, including building access, elevator or freight access where needed, parking or loading access, and a cleared work area.
Approvals and permits
The customer is responsible for landlord, property-management, municipal, electrical, structural, and permitting approvals unless we have specifically agreed in writing to obtain them. Installation may be postponed if a required approval is not in place when the crew arrives.
Site conditions
Hidden wiring, plumbing, structural conditions, unsuitable surfaces, weather, and restricted access may create additional charges or delays. If a condition is discovered that prevents safe installation, work stops and the customer is contacted before continuing. Return trips caused by inaccessible sites or unapproved locations may be billed.
Completion documentation
Installation completion should be documented and acknowledged by the customer, typically through a completion walkthrough, a signed acknowledgement, or photographs recorded with the order file.
Warranties
Installation warranties apply only as stated in the written agreement. Damage caused after installation by building conditions, third parties, alterations, cleaning products, weather events, or removal and relocation is not covered.
