Submitting a cancellation request
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@houseofzynq.org and must include the order or quote reference number. A cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it in writing. Verbal cancellations cannot be processed.
Cancellations before work begins
Orders cancelled before design, material ordering, or production begins may qualify for a refund, less nonrefundable processing or completed-service costs disclosed at purchase.
Cancellations after work begins
Once custom design, material ordering, production, shipping, delivery, or installation work has started, the completed portion and committed costs may not be refundable. This includes design labor already performed, materials already purchased or cut, printed or fabricated items, freight already tendered, and installation labor already scheduled or performed.

Project-specific cancellation terms included in a signed quote or agreement control if they differ from this general website policy.
Refund handling
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund-processing time can depend on the customer's financial institution. Refunds for defects, production errors, or shipping damage are handled under the Returns and Refund Policy.
