Installation is quoted separately and scheduled after your order and site details are confirmed in writing. Scope, access requirements, and responsibilities are documented before the crew is scheduled.

What a Scheduled Installation Includes
Included when installation is quoted
- Site review of dimensions, mounting surface, and access requirements
- Written installation quote or order confirmation before any work is scheduled
- Coordinated scheduling around business hours and building access windows
- Mounting hardware appropriate to the approved sign and surface
- Completion walkthrough and documented customer acknowledgement
Customer responsibilities
- Safe and authorized access to the installation area on the scheduled date
- Landlord, property-management, municipal, electrical, structural, and permitting approvals unless specifically included in writing
- Accurate measurements unless HOUSE OF ZYNQ performs an on-site measurement service
- Disclosure of known wiring, plumbing, or structural conditions behind the mounting surface
Hidden wiring, plumbing, structural conditions, unsuitable surfaces, weather, and restricted access may create additional charges or delays. Installation warranties apply only as stated in the written agreement. Full terms are in the Installation Policy.
Service Area
Where We Install
Installation and local delivery are coordinated in Atlanta and the surrounding metropolitan area. Projects outside that area are reviewed individually and quoted in writing when we can staff and schedule them reliably. Products that ship safely by carrier are available to commercial customers nationwide without installation.
